boiled "corn"and barning barning,,, and a few "soy souse" into the corn , and a few japanese saki(sake)" into the corn,and again keep baring with into a few sousouse &saki,, and again and again long time reparting,,(you know, "DO NOT YOu DO" until black corn!!lol)
the "corn" this is very taste!!!!

Cooking something until it turns to a sugar. It's a cooking term.
I wondered about that word.

it' s like a "teriyaki"
But the starch in the corn turns to sugar when you do that. You are roasting not burning.
If your corn is black when you eat it it's from the soy, no? Not burnt , just well done.
We need to watch Iron Chef together! lol :-)

about "burn"&"roasting",,
you know, you are exactly native English master you are alway right about english,
I was (but even still now,) "burn" & "rorst" is almost same meaning
