Yeah, I know. My blog, www.lostinnola.blogspot.com, has an article about all the church parishes the Archdioces of New Orleans is closing. I still miss the hell out of that place.
Well, my old neighborhood and the neighborhood by the universities where I hung out are still intact. Mardi Gras started rolling last night in the French Quarter. You've got to believe that the city will eventually get back on its feet.

New Orleans was still looking really bad in the 6th district on the news the other night.
Really bad. Like a war zone. Uninhabitable.

I'm sure you do miss it. But what you miss probably isn't there. I'm guessing. But knowing how things work in this bs country. AAArgghhh!
