Actually it's dusk/sunset with a red filter on the lens. In color it's all reds oranges and yellows. You can't do it in camera or by simple post processing filters - the light has to be modulated before it's recorded, film or digital. I wish I'd held out for the XT with it's 8MP and black and white mode so I didn't have to do things like this entirely in my head and could see the result in real time. But I had to do it in my head back in the good old film days, so it's not that hard, just not as easy as it could be.
It only works in blogs where you are an owner or member. You have to edit the comment after you've made it.
Go back to the comment after you have posted it and click on the trash icon then you change the part of the URL that I have bold below from http://www.blogger.com/delete-comment.g?blogID=10922933&postID=114443098428666340 to http://www.blogger.com/post-edit.g?blogID=10922933&postID=114443098428666340 and press enter or change it in a text editor and paste it into the location bar
the part after blogID= applies to this comment and is different for each comment and user
It will give you the same editor used to make posts instead of the comment editor, you can use spell check, fix typos and insert pictures, just don't save as draft or give the comment a title or you will lose your comment forever. It's also handy for cleaning up posts by rude users on a blog that you admin of. One of blogger's undocumented, not fully implemented features.
