Is that also from an old slide? And if so, when was it taken?

Ahhh! Memories! I checked and the first slides I made are from 1978! :O)
I arrived in Germany the first of September 1978 and came back to the United States the twenty third of December 1981.
I think the first slides I ever made were in 1977 for photography school in New York because I thought they would save me time.
Slides turned out to be much more work because once the shutter was released, the die was cast for better or worse.
Print film give you a chance to salvage a photograph that was over exposed, not so for slides.
