mp: that was indeed one of the layers of this simple photo. merci for adding richness to it with your words..thank you, mrs. pink. i am opened up to nature every 10 years or so [imagine]. it is always a girl who opens it up for me.it is indeed a kind of natural laceverk, isn't it! i suppose a juxtaposition with a spider's web would have been an interesting touch.i suppose what interested me at first, here, was how in both the back and foreground, the verdure is acting as a kind of sieve for the sunlight.
