I know, it's not exactly the most honest shot. No the sky wasnt that blue, but quite honestly-- it's not far from the truth. Regardless, I like the post process.... here it is.

P.S. We have a STORE!?!?!
P.P.S. I'm sorry but, is it just me, or does Calvin look a little out of place on the merch?

True colors are not required here PW.
When Henri invited me and I asked him his picture policy he only said no obscenity.

Playing with pics is more than allowed!

I didn't even know about the store.

I have a similar shot..half tree and sky. I like this, and color effects are good.

PW: Love the pic and the post process... As an artist, you have the right to do anything with your pic! Confidence, young man! (learned it at art school).
For the t-shirt, Henri, could be one pic from each of us.... ;)
Like a little "montage".....

Henri said bo obscenity? Damn! I was just about to post a pic of my last torrid sex love night!

jo: Black by injection... :O) That sounds fun, hee, hee...

I thought everybody knew about the shop! My fav is the Web-Pix Team! It has been done before most of us were in, but it is really cute!

And Eric: There is so many ways to work with photography, and I think all are good! It depends of what you want to say, or show. Photo is like a language.

I was talking about that with my sister MP the other day. Sometimes, we take a pic, but what the camera take is not always exactly what we see. So we have to work on the pic to make the pic we have in mind. Camera is a tool, Photoshop too, and there is no way my camera is going to tell me how to work!

And sometimes, what I want to say with my photo is a feeling, an impression, an ambiance.

And there is the other life of the photo, when we show it to others. This is more complex. If people see the same that we wanted to express, it's great. But sometimes, we have to understand that people, with their own seeing, have the right to see our pics differently, even if it's difficult to accept sometimes.

And example: Georgia O'Keefe! She made the most wonderfull watercolors of flowers! Big ones, like a macrophotography. And some people saw in it the representation of the women vagina. Her attitude about that was really interresting: she said that it was possible that some see a women vagina, but that her intention was just to paint flower!

Ouf! Enough of Professor Clo!

Ohh, mp, good idea.

Clo, floral Vaginas. Very interesting. I will have to research that. I know CSB will get a kick out of this.

Yes, I just read a quote attributed to O'Keefe that said, "I just paint the flowers bigger so people can see them better."

I think a pic montage as MP suggested would be great for a teeshirt.

I stole that line from a woman that said she was Italian by injection.
With this philosophy we can easily change ethnicities while having fun at the same time!

Alrighty, let's start it from the top.

Henri & Calvin: That came out terribly wrong. I ment more of like he looks a little funny in cartoon form... as well as there is little if any contrast to his face unless zoomed in.

My apologies to the questionable comment, I'd never EVER mean it in a racy way. I sometimes have issues expressing my thoughts directly (hence being a photographer) ...4:30 in the morning didn't help either.

Henri: I'm up for playing around for a new web design. MP sounds like she's got a good idea.

Jozee: I guess you're right about the playing around. "Kind of makes me feel like Riverdancing. (pst! name that movie)" I digress.

That's hilarious. A little risque, but very funny. Sounds like someone has some happy-- and according to heather-- gorgeous kids.

Prof. Clo: I love reading and learning, I'm a constantly learning person and very open to new ideas. Your words are always welcome.

Anyway, I see Clo and Calvin have some business to take care of. Jozee and I 'll just sneak out... so much for no obsenity ;-)
