Baby Raccoons

These raccoons (Procyon lotor) live in the tree in our back yard. Click on the photo for a larger view. You won't regret it — they're so cute!

I just found out that raccoons were introduced to Germany in 1934 by the Nazi general Hermann Göring.

CSB: I used the Canon 70-200mm F/4L lens on autofocus. It's got a USM focussing motor. The camera was set to Av mode (aperture priority) with aperture at f/4.0, ISO 400.
