seeing how you wouldn't let me comment at the other place, I'm not making a comment here. I'm not saying that I love this, and do wonder what the pink is, and that this reminds me of my spider. Nope, I'm not saying any of this.
ze heather is angry! you have a spider, madam? and yes, the pink is indeed the carpet. I think i was down there capturing the kitty when i came upon this find. tiny tiny creature. [thank you..]
yes! yummy, jozee. i certainly see such things thusly [though am mightily suprised when others do!]
Gary: the image stabilization is decent with this cam, though because i shoot so often in conditions in which the light is not optimal, i have also become quite skilled at achieving such shots. For this one, i layed the lens right upon the carpet and tilted the camera proper to an incline, stabilizing with my wrists pressing firmly to the carpet. snap! thank you, sir.
Heather is not angry! hehehe. She was just messing about. I do not have a spider. I was speaking of my spider photo. I do this all the time. I sit down, and use my leg or something to keep the camera still, or, ooops! blur!

carpet?
I just checked the EXIF data. Is that really a 1-second exposure? Did you use a tripod, or is the Image Stabilization really that good?
