No, Judith I didn't know that. Looks like this one is just about ready. Thank you for telling me. I am interested in plants and herbalism.
The sap of the jewel weed I showed the other day is supposed to be good for skin ailments like poison ivy and eczema.

I don't know about that. This site while put together amateurishly has some info and home remedies that can be made from jewelweed. It grows from Canada to Florida. Maybe there is somewhere you can harvest some. I did see some pre made products on line when I Googled jewelweed.
