i almost do not want credit for producing this, as it seems less to me an image then a byproduct of play. But i suppose it nonetheless is an image and that because my fingers did the work in producing it, i probably have to take partial credit for it. i only worry that when i actually do speak with deliberation, it will be swept, with this, into the pile Arbitrary.
This is very very cool. Love it. And it's yours.
There's nothing arbitrary about this pic or it's meaning. It's gorgeous.
it's a peek into your world captured beautifully.
i wonder how you managed to be so aerial.
the duct-tape-shoes.
pencil shavings is what it is, but yes, i suppose they are mine. Glad you like it, cal.
Oh, but it is difficult for me, jozee, not to consider this arbitrary when it was assembled without any deliberation beyond my attempting to match it to some obscured internal aesthetic model. Though given what heather said, that train of thought seems rather silly.
Thank-you, jozee.
yes, heather, you have reminded me of something: that i can never look upon these pieces as you and others might. i am simply too close to it.
thank-you.
aerial: wrap loop of camera strap around light fixture on ceiling and loop it around the camera so it is held in place. seriously.
those are indeed the shoes..
[it is electric tape!]
cool perspective, like your work
ceiling fixtures are indeed good for more than providing artificial light
