That "pà amb tomàquet" sound really good! Looks like a tomato bread? or a pancake of tomato? Now, I really wonder... :O)

Looks like they'd make really yummy stuff. I like their gracious smiles not a demeanor I saw a lot of in my 20 odd years in the restaurant biz.

Sometimes, before luch, the smell comes to my bookshop... ahhhhh, the temptation is too strong! When José makes a sauce using wine vinegar... ohhhh! yummy, yummy! :O)
