The Eros Center. hmmm. I think I've been there.
Oh my god, does this ever bring back memories... I shouldn't admit to this, but I spent some time in Germany in the early '70's (drafted into US Army) and a very popular activity for some of us was to explore the various establishments of Frankfurt's red-light district... The "Crazy-Sexy" still sticks out in my mind... A GI had to be very careful, or the drink he bought some "lady" might end up costing $100 or more...
Oh! Those colors are great! That purple building looks special! And the Eros Center... I'll leave you that one... :O)
