New headquarters for Josie Soho, work, fun,hopefully a step in the right direction.
I came to the conclusion that my life at home was too cluttered.Not that I really have too much stuff- just not the right surroundings for all my materials.
Plan to incorporate a social life and more exercise in my life. Space is about 3/4 of a mile from my home, I can bike or walk. There are about 100 other artists in the building and the one I'll be next to is a published illustrator of children's books.
Very exciting prospect. Hoping to build up enough online sales with my jewelry and photography to support it.

Congratulations.
We are closing on a new house on the 16th, so my stomach isn't so good too. Then I've got to fix up and sell our current place. (sigh)
It looks like you've got some really great light there and nice tall ceilings.
Judith, thank you congratulations are appreciated. Hopefully they are not premature. I will be absolutely sure by the 7th of February. Till then I'm keeping all digits crossed.
Paul congrats on your new home! That's a lot of work ahead of you but I'm sure it'll work out just fine.
