I am reminded of a line from a Faulty Towers episode, in which "the American", upset by a miserable day of travel in equally miserable British weather, turns to Basil Faulty and asks: "What do you get for living in a climate like this -- Green Stamps?"

You have there as our usual winter weather. We had a week ago -36 degrees Celsius ( -32,8 Fahrenheit )
In this moment it`s warmer ( -15 C )
The picture shows just a right atmosphere beautifully.
