But what I really wanted to ask you is if you can again give the URL for ordering your "Lulu" published book... [that was you, wasn't it?] I meant to order it a few weeks ago... Am curious about the reproduction quality -- I'll eventually see for myself when it arrives, but wanted to ask you if you were happy with it...
By the way, for those of you unfamiliar with Lulu.com -- it's called "on demand" or "one copy at a time" publishing... None of the up-front costs commonly associated with "vantity" publishing...
