Thanks, Steve and Griesmail, for the nice compliments... Ah yes -- reflections... Little momentary works of art -- and all I had to do was to be there and press the shutter... Easy as pie, but folks really seem to like these types of shots... I've found that for the best and most colorful reflections, the sun must be out and illuminating nearby areas, but the area of the reflection needs to be shaded... A low angle of sun, such as in the morning seems to help also... I think the "ripple" effect has something to do with harmonics, but I still don't understand all of the physics involved... Yes, the Lagunitas Creek is a great place -- a protected spawning ground for the Coho Salmon and Steelhead Trout...
