The Pier39 Aquarium in San Francisco has two long plexiglass tunnels with all sorts of fishy friends overhead and to the sides... It's quite an adventure...

Those are cool!
The Newport Aquarium in Newport KY (across the river from Cincinatti OH) has the same thing. I'll post a shot I took there in 2005.
