My family and I had our own. We had a neighborhood cleanup and cookout.
What events did you attend Paul?

I did not.... I work all the time (too much). But I try to do my best to stop polluting.... It's not easy. Humaâââââns can be lazy... me first... There should be a Earth Century.... :)
Thanks for reminding me it was Earth Day today. I don't think I'll do something special in the events that are programmed for today, but next week, I will go put one of my old computer to a place where they are going to recycle it! :O)
Oh not today, I didn't mean what are toy doing today. Today I'm far too busy being "grown up" and sharing in the fight my wife wants to have. :(
I meant 1970, I now realize that there are of course only a few of us here that could have. oops

There was a gathering at the Lutheran church down the street from where I lived.
I told my father I was going to visit a friend and spent the day with folks talking singing and eating.
