Yonge and Bloor Wide Angle

Yonge and Bloor Wide Angle, originally uploaded by garyjwood.

Having fun with my new Sigma 10-20mm lens. This is the Toronto offfice of the Hudson's Bay Company, founded in 1670. (It's the oldest business organization in North America.)

Nice shot, Gary... The gridded crosswalk really adds to the shot!

That's some darned expensive glass.
And a great focal length, it makes you get into your subject rather than standing off in the distance.

Donald: Thanks. I myself like how the grid echoes the patterns of the windows on the buildings.

Paul: Yeah, you have to get up pretty close to shoot with this glass.

Henri: Aww shucks!

Griesmal: Thanx!
