Hey Josie, you mentioned nice "treatment", so I guess I should tell you what I'm doing with my photos now... Along with the new Canon5D (and 70-300 D.O., I.S. zoom) I am using the newest flavor of Photoshop -- CS3... It has settings for Image|Shadow/Highlight and Image|Exposure... Those "sliders" are very useful for bringing up the shadows and cooling off the high-tones -- just what I need for full-sun and shadow in the same shot...

Along with a really great redesign of the "magic wand" tool for selections and featherings, this new PhotoshopCS3 is really slick...

I'm shooting in RAW plus a JPEG, and I invested in a new MacPro to handle the big file sizes -- something that my XP machine just wasn't going to be able to do in a timely manner... The Mac is so darned fast I can scarsely believe it...
