Yeah, that's Nicasio Lake (actually a reservoir) not far from here in west Marin County... Often the lake will create a mist of it's own, and fog from the ocean is another frequent visitor... Other times, when the sun is out, the lake can be as still and reflective as a sheet of glass... There is a handy mountain nearby that is always more than willing to lend it's reflection...
