Well, no, they don't let people wander around underneath the bridge, but I did manage to snap these through a chain link fence...

Hi Steve and Trijnie,
Well, this was from the little walkway that allows bicycles and pedestrians to cross over from one side of the bridge to the other... The roar of the traffic is deafening, and the whole structure shakes and rattles...
