i'm honored that anyone thinks anything i do even comes close to what Sir Calvin does produce. we both definitely often have our little scenes shrouded in darkness. we both seem to say: "look, look here in this shadow; there is something there worth seeing, something there we ought to look at". What is especially interesting is how Cal and I [or any other two fellows] might occasionally hit upon similar themes while approaching photography from seemingly opposite directions.
thank you, lady Clo! the atmosphere was so palpable that it compelled my taking the photo. i leaned back against the door and took this shot handheld at i think 4/10 of a second. some ridiculous number that only steady hands could produce.
