Lucky kitty. Must be nice to soak up the sun and take naps whenever one feels like it.

Sorry 'bout the exams good luck!

Great shot! I've always thought I was a dog person, but about 10 years ago someone moved away and gave me their little "tuxedo" cat... It's been a genuine love affair ever since... Now, I shouldn't be spamming my websites on your posting, but if you'd like to see my Kitty, she has a daily blog over at: www.pestbouncer.com

I'm a cat person, but even more than that, I love the lighting in this shot. It reminds me of a Rembrandt painting.

Awwwwww!
Meeeooooowww.
The sunlight is great. It makes this photo.

Lucky for me, I have a few subjects to photograph when I can't get out of the house either. :)

I am more of a dog person I think... mostly because I have feline tenancies myself, and would likely be sitting in that sunspot...it does look oh so warm and comfy!

thank-you, jozee.

Hehe. It is not spamming, aphotoaday! I have indeed visited there several times.

absolutely agree with you, Gary. I was careful not to go too high contrast or to otherwise lose the richness of the shadows. The lighting is what compelled my taking the photo.

Yes, heather, but soon they will be old enough to start charging you!
thank-you!

you are right,MP, though i am afraid that i will not be able to learn to enjoy simple things until after my exams!

Susan, it's just layered in kittyhairs, that spot. you may have it!

Your words are very much appreciated, sir Pod.

thank-you, paul. [the kitty is still in that dang spot]
