Hi Josie, Yup, I try to get out for my usual hike to the top of the hill at Roy's Redwoods, but some days I'll chicken out and just go to places like the Lagunitas Creek -- but that isn't as much of a workout...
This is Saturday morning and I was thinking about going over to San Francisco and tackle a few hills -- that'd be a good workout...

everything is great about this shot. the painterly colors of the overhead (fallen?) tree, the fingers poking in from the left and that light illuminating the water.
