On the top corner, it's what our electric company is using in publicity.... sooooooooo cute!

Finally, he asked to see our plugs cause I said they were cute...
Here, Hydro-Québec, our national electric company, is using them to make cute publicity about security with the plugs that are two little guys talking... So now, when I look to a plug in the wall, I see two little guys...

Henri was right, our plugs are strange...

You mentioned that Hyro-Quebec uses that for "publicity"... Well, personally, I've always had an issue with power companies thinking that they need to advertise and do public relations work... Guess who ends up paying for that?

But Hydro-Québec had been nationalised (don't know if it's a word...) well, it's a government property. So most of the advertisement done is to explain what can be dangerous to do, or what's the best way to economize the energy.
