how early in the morning was this taken, Don? Curious because i've never been able to catch such a light display.
That was about 8AM, and the sun had been up for an hour and a half... Surprised the heck out of me too... I think if I ever get around to printing it I'm going to make it into a square -- cutting off the right side. I "curved" the low values up quite a bit, which introduced a lot of noise (even though I shot it at ISO-100), but I think I'll experiment with noise reduction.
