After a severe storm last night, I found my favourite biking trail blocked by a fallen tree.

My nearly four-year-old VW reached 40,000 this morning on the way to work. I guess I don't drive very far.

BTW, the trip odometer indicates 432.1 km since my last fill-up, and the fuel gauge indicates 3/8 of a tank (about 20 litres) remaining.

If there is a kind of seeing that occurs during the capture, i think there is another kind of seeing that occurs later as one works with the image or simply prepares to make it public. It is often because i do not 'see' the photo in the second sense that i have archives that grow with photos that do not get posted. eventually, though, it seems, i return.]
